The firm has also welcomed Joy Yuan as a senior solicitor from Waikato firm Lewis Lawyers. Raised in both China and New Zealand, the US-educated lawyer joins the firm’s commercial and property team.

Tim McSweeney has also been appointed as a senior solicitor and will lead the immigration consulting team of the firm. Having lived and worked in both New Zealand and Australia, he has extensive knowledge of both countries’ immigration regimes.
