Three top-tier law firms are ranked among Australia’s top places to work, according to LinkedIn.
MinterEllison (21), Herbert Smith Freehills (23), and Allens (25) are included alongside other prominent Australian workplaces such as Qantas, Woolworths, and Westpac Group.
Inclusion is based on four key pillars: interest in the company, engagement with the company’s employees, job demand and employee retention.
"Our strong focus on enhancing our firm's LinkedIn presence, and the presence of our people on LinkedIn, has allowed us to greatly increase our reach and engagement," said Annette Kimmitt, MinterEllison Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner. "More staff than ever are using LinkedIn, and it has become a platform to create valuable connections."
Mary Lyras, MinterEllison's Chief Talent Officer, added that the firm has an absolute focus on creating an engaging workplace for all its people.
"And one which enables each individual to thrive and accelerate their career in a way that enables them to balance work commitments with the priorities in their lives," she said.
