Seventeen new partners and three legal directors have joined Dentons in Australia following their departure from DibbsBarker.

The move significantly enhances the firm’s service offering across the east coast of Australia, with additional professional staff joining along with the lawyers.

“Dentons is focused on growth right across the east coast. Since opening our Melbourne office in late 2017 we’ve already doubled our partner numbers, and with our new presence in Brisbane and additional capability in Sydney, Dentons’ local and global clients will benefit from our enhanced Australian offering,” commented Dentons CEO Australia, Ian Dardis.

The move was announced in March with the team joining their new firm this week.

The team includes 10 new partners and one director in Sydney, 2 new partners in Melbourne and 5 new partners and two directors in Brisbane.
