Chapman Tripp has promoted three of its lawyers to senior solicitor.
The lawyers, who are all based in Wellington, are from the firm’s in property and construction, litigation, and competition and regulatory teams. Chapman Tripp said that the promotions reflect its focus to deliver best-in-class services for its clients and cater to these clients’ growing needs in these sectors.

The newly promoted lawyers are:
McPhee, who specialises in property, infrastructure and construction, has a particular interest in commercial construction and leasing. She regularly advises clients on construction contracts, procurement processes, infrastructure tenure, and property portfolio management.
With a focus on the energy, insurance and fishing industries, Moran advises on a broad range of commercial-litigation and dispute-resolution matters. She has appeared in the High Court and District Court and has significant experience representing clients in mediations and settlement conferences, the firm said.
Singh, an expert in competition and regulatory law, advises clients from a wide range of industries on merger control, enforcement, and the Commerce Act. She is also experienced in litigation and international trade matters, with particular focus on the Pacific region.
