Ng joins the firm’s banking and financial services team in Auckland from DLA Piper
, where he spent nearly five years as partner. He moved to DLA Piper as a special counsel in 2011 from Simpson Grierson
. He has also worked at Glaister Ennor.
Buddle Findlay has also appointed Ng to jointly lead the firm’s Asia practice.
He specialises in banking and finance, corporate and commercial, and property law. His clients include corporations and banks in New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, which he advises on a wide range of domestic and international financing transactions.
Ng’s specialty is in property finance, project finance, structured finance, acquisition finance, business banking, and security enforcement.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Ng not only enhances the firm’s banking and financial services practice but also its growing Asian business offering, the firm said.
