For the 16th consecutive year, Bell Gully
tops the New Zealand legal market in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2017
This renowned guide to leading law firms awarded Bell Gully the most leading lawyers and top tier practice areas in New Zealand.
“We work hard to achieve results for our clients, who have trusted us to support them on some of this year’s most significant transactions,” said Bell Gully chairman Chris Gordon
. “It’s that hard work and client trust that results in the positive findings we see from independent research.”
The Legal 500 rankings follows the firm also being rated with the most top-ranked practice areas and individuals by the IFLR1000 2017 in its Financial and Corporate guide. In addition, specialist directories World Tax and World Transfer Pricing have awarded Bell Gully’s tax team Tier 1 rankings in their recently released 2017 editions.
All in all, Bell Gully was given Tier 1 distinction for nine of ten practice areas listed on its profile on the Legal 500 directory. It got the ranking for banking and finance, corporate and M&A, dispute resolution, employment, insurance, projects and resource management (including environment), real estate and construction, restructuring and insolvency, and tax.
Recently, Bell Gully won six awards at the New Zealand Law Awards.
