Anderson Lloyd makes four senior appointments

Anderson Lloyd has announced the promotion of Sarah Eveleigh in Christchurch and Dan Williams in Auckland to partner.

Eveleigh specialises in resource management and local government law. She advises clients on a broad range of matters – including consenting, compliance, planning processes and due diligence – and has been practicing in Christchurch since 2006.

Meanwhile, Williams advises on all aspects of property law, with a particular focus on assisting clients with forestry acquisitions and disposals, mixed-use developments, commercial and industrial leasing, and advising clients on Overseas Investment Act 2005 applications.

Aside from the two promotions, the firm has also announced the appointment of Melissa Hammer as senior associate in Queenstown and Sarah McClean as associate in Dunedin.

Hammer is a specialist dispute resolution lawyer with broad expertise in litigation, having worked as both a Crown prosecutor and civil litigator. McClean is also on the litigation team as an associate. She specialises in dispute resolution, employment, and health and safety law.
