Its too late now. Their reputation is destroyed. Talked the talk but didnt walk the walk until they were outed. Brand and reputations take years to acquire and nano seconds to destroy.
This is a case of the latter.

The legal profession has long harboured bullies intimidators and tyrants. They are now being outed. One hopes the review of the Protected Disclosures Act will result in a rigorous and robust law that provides penalties better than a wet bus ticket to wrist punish those who harm whistle blowers.
