Bennett specialises in corporate and commercial law with a focus on construction and procurement contracts, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Williams, a resource management and environment specialist, has expertise working in natural resources and infrastructure.
Resource management specialist Hinchey advises private and public clients on development and infrastructure projects, resource management litigation, development and financial contributions and district and regional planning processes.

and David Raudkivi
, who were appointed to the firm’s partnership this week.
Hunt is a debt capital markets and financial service regulation specialist, Raudkivi works on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other corporate transactions.
