How do I register for an event?
Online: Simply choose your event and click the 'register now' button.  You will be redirected to the registration page where you can enter your details and select your payment option.
By Phone:  contact Jess Cockley on +64 9 889 0180  to receive information about registering for the event.
By E-Mail: Send an email to Jess Cockley at 
jess.cockley@keymedia.co.nz to request a registration form to be sent directly to your inbox.

Confirmation will be e-mailed directly to the e-mail address provided on the registration form within 48 hours of registration. If you have not received confirmation within this timeframe please contact Jess Cockley at 
jess.cockley@keymedia.co.nz or on +64 9 889 0180

What happens once I register for an event?
Once we have received and processed your registration a confirmation email will be sent your way to the email address provided on the registration form with an invoice regarding your payment or a 7 – day invoice depending on your payment method.

Once your registration has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email including event details and either a 7-day invoice or paid invoice for your records (depending on your payment option). 


How do I pay for an event?
Online Booking: Payment should be made via credit card at time of booking through the secure online registration system. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
AMEX or Diners: Please click here to download the PDF booking form. Please note that a 2% processing fee will be charged.
Electronic Funds Transfer: Payment can be made via this method by filling out the registration form and selecting the EFT payment method. To download the registration form please refer to the conference agenda page and send completed form to Jess Cockley at 
jess.cockley@keymedia.co.nz. Please note that all Registrations must be finalised with payment prior to the event to secure your seat.


What do I need to know after I've registered?
Once you have registered for an event, Key Media will look after the rest for you. You will receive a confirmation email on your registration and also emails and reminders in the lead up to the event to ensure that you have not missed any information or changes to the event. All you need to do is simply turn up on the day of the event and we will have name badge and a delegate folder containing speaker presentation materials for note taking and a few other key bits and pieces to help your day run as smoothly and seamless as possible.
 

Are meals included in the registration fee?
Yes, all refreshments (morning and afternoon tea, lunch) are included for delegates. 


Can I nominate special dietary requirements?
Yes of course. Please send any special dietary requirements to Jess Cockley at 
jess.cockley@keymedia.co.nz no later than two weeks prior to the event date.


I have registered but am no longer able to attend, what are my options? 
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Cancellations received in writing 14 or more days in advance will receive a refund minus a $200 administrative fee or the balance issued as a credit note valid for use towards another Key Media event within 12 months of the date of issuance. The company regrets no refunds will be made less than 14 days prior to the event.

Should a delegate register for an event and cancel prior to full payment being made, a $200 administrative fee will be charged.

Should Key Media cancel or postpone a conference, delegates will receive a full refund. Key Media is not responsible for any loss, damage or additional costs incurred as a result of an alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. Please note all speakers and content are confirmed at time of publication; however we reserve the right to modify or alter the program including advertised speakers without notice should circumstances beyond our control require substitutions or cancellations. Key Media is not liable for the content of any speaker presentations.


What will happen to my details?
We do not release any personal details of our delegates. We will keep your details on our system to inform you of any upcoming events that we may think are of interest. If you do not wish to be on our mailing list please send an email to 
eventenquiries@keymedia.com.au and we will have your name taken off.
